This is an important step and sometimes is a long process to fine-tune the plan. However, it would be time well-spent detailed planning would help the client to get the most out of the website. Once WCP is finalized and down payment is made, website design and production will be started right away. Set up hosting and e-mails
While preparing for website design and production, hosting service and e-mails should be set up. A temporary splash page will be constructed. Instead of the traditional "Under Construction" page, we will develop a page to provide visitors with contact information and basic information of the company. Prepare contents list and delivery of contents
Contents plan is usually prepared in parellel or before visual design is done. A typical contents plan will include sitemap to show all sections and pages for the website. Visual design and color scheme affect the attractiveness of the website. Based on the requirements of the client, visual design will be developed for client's choice. It would be a waste of money if a beautifully created website could not be found by its potential customers. To help improving search engine ranking of the website, keywords frequently used by the potential customers will be optimized on the web pages to make it more search engine friendly. Launch
